1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return/exchange within 7–14 days of receiving your order.

To qualify:

  • Product must be unused
  • Unopened
  • In original packaging

Used/opened skincare products are non-returnable for hygiene reasons unless defective.


2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Used/opened skincare
  • Personal care items
  • Custom or special-order items

3. Defective or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  • Contact us within 48 hours
  • Provide photos + order details
  • We will send a replacement or issue a refund after inspection

4. Return Shipping

  • Customer pays return shipping unless the item sent was incorrect/defective.
  • Items must be shipped back securely.

5. Refunds

Refunds are issued after the returned item is received and inspected.

Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the mistake was ours.
